Looking for answers? Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

1. How do I redeem my YourSweepstakes Prepaid Membership Card?
It's easy. Just click on the Redeem Prepaid Membership link on the website. Once you click on the Redeem Prepaid Membership link you will see a Card Pin Number field. Scratch off the panel on the back of your Prepaid Membership Card to reveal a pin number, and enter the pin number into the Card Pin Number field. Next, select the membership package that coincides with the Prepaid Membership Card that you purchased (i.e., 1 Month Membership "Premier Package", 3 Month Membership "Prestige Package", or 12 Month Membership "Elite Package"). Once you have completed the previous steps and our system has verified your pin number, just follow the remaining instructions to activate your YourSweepstakes membership.

For you convenience, we provide you with the option of signing up for recurring billing when redeeming your YourSweepstakes Prepaid Membership Card and activating your YourSweepstakes membership. Recurring billing allows you to continue your YourSweepstakes membership, without any interruptions, once your YourSweepstakes Prepaid Membership Card expires. If you elect to sign up for the recurring billing option, you will be billed for the membership package that is the same duration as the Prepaid Membership Card that you purchased (e.g., if you purchased a 3 Month “Prestige Package" Prepaid Membership Card, once your 3 Month Prepaid Membership Card expires, you will be billed for additional 3 Month membership packages until you cancel your YourSweepstakes account (see FAQ #10)). If you would like to sign up for recurring billing, simply select the Yes box next to the recurring billing option, input your credit card information in the appropriate fields, and follow the remaining instructions to activate your YourSweepstakes membership.

2. If I win a prize, will I be notified by YourSweepstakes?
No. Since YourSweepstakes is not a sweepstakes sponsor or administrator, YourSweepstakes will not be aware if you have won a prize, and you will not be contacted by YourSweepstakes in the event that you win a prize. In the event that you win a prize you will be notified by the applicable sweepstakes sponsor. Sweepstakes sponsors typically notify prize winners via e-mail, telephone and/or certified mail, so make sure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date, and check your e-mail on a regular basis. If you do happen to win a sweepstakes prize, be sure to tell us about it as we offer members 1 free month's membership to the YourSweepstakes service if you notify us of a sweepstakes win.

3. Is it legal to enter me into sweepstakes this way or will my entries be disqualified?
Of course. Since YourSweepstakes only enters you into sweepstakes that allow automated entries, the YourSweepstakes service is perfectly legal, and your entries will not be disqualified. We thoroughly review each sweepstakes included in the YourSweepstakes service to ensure that automated entries are permitted.

4. Does YourSweepstakes Offer a Money Back Guarantee? If so, how does it work?
Yes! Unlike other automated sweepstakes entry services, YourSweepstakes has a satisfaction guarantee. Try YourSweepstakes now risk-free for fourteen (14) days! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the YourSweepstakes Service, you may cancel your membership within fourteen (14) days of the date of your registration and we’ll send you a full refund of your enrollment fees. Refunds of enrollment fees shall be made to you via the same method they were received by us at the time of your registration. For example, if you originally paid for your enrollment fees via credit card, your enrollment fees will be refunded to such credit card.

5. Do I have to visit the YourSweepstakes website on a daily basis to make sure that I'm entered into sweepstakes that allow daily and/or weekly entries?
No. YourSweepstakes' automated entry software is like an autopilot that will automatically enter you into sweepstakes on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as permitted by the applicable sweepstakes' rules.

6. Can I continue to enter sweepstakes on my own if I become a YourSweepstakes member?
Yes, but there is one caveat. Many sweepstakes have entry limits such as one entry per person/e-mail address, or one entry per person/e-mail address per day, while some sweepstakes let you enter as often as you'd like. If you wish to enter any of the sweepstakes that YourSweepstakes has already entered you into (you can view a listing of these sweepstakes within your YourSweepstakes account), we strongly suggest that you review the Official Rules of each applicable sweepstakes that you wish to enter on your own to ensure that any entries already submitted on your behalf by YourSweepstakes won't be discarded and/or you won't be disqualified from participating in a particular sweepstakes. That being said, if you wish to enter more sweepstakes on your own, as an added bonus to your YourSweepstakes membership, we do provide a list of sweepstakes that prohibit automated entries within your YourSweepstakes account. You are able to manually enter these sweepstakes on your own - see Question #5 for specifics.

7. What about sweepstakes that prohibit automated entries? Will you let me know of any sweepstakes that I can enter on my own?
Yes! You will see a "Manual Sweepstakes" link within your YourSweepstakes account. This link contains a listing of the best Internet sweepstakes that don't allow automated entries, but which you can enter on your own. This list of supplemental sweepstakes will be at your fingertips so you don't have to spend your valuable time combing the Internet for them. The best part is that this listing of additional sweepstakes is included in your YourSweepstakes membership fee, and is absolutely free!

8. What is the YourSweepstakes Guarantee? Are there any limitations to the YourSweepstakes Guarantee?
The YourSweepstakes Guarantee states that we will enter YourSweepstakes members into a minimum of one hundred (100) sweepstakes per calendar month during their enrollment period. In the event that a YourSweepstakes member is not entered into the minimum number of sweepstakes during any calendar month of their enrollment period, they will receive an additional one (1) month subscription to the YourSweepstakes service at the end of their enrollment period, at no cost, for each such calendar month.

Yes, the YourSweepstakes Guarantee only applies to members that are U.S. residents, and members that have provided YourSweepstakes with accurate registration information. Please review our Terms and Conditions for details. Also, due to the manner in which we enter YourSweepstakes members into sweepstakes, in the event you become a YourSweepstakes member on the last day of any calendar month, in order to ensure that we have a sufficient amount of time to fulfill the YourSweepstakes Guarantee, your enrollment period will not begin until the first day of the following calendar month. For illustrative purposes only, if you became a YourSweepstakes member on July 31, your enrollment period would not begin until August 1.

9. What do I need to do if I would like to renew my YourSweepstakes membership package?
Nothing. For your convenience, at the end of your current membership period, we will automatically renew your membership with YourSweepstakes for the same time period as you originally selected.

10. What do I need to do if I would like to cancel my YourSweepstakes membership package?
That's simple. All you need to do is send a cancellation notice to or at least 1 week prior to the expiration of your current membership period, and your YourSweepstakes membership will not be renewed.

11. Why do you need to collect my personal information in order to join YourSweepstakes?
Each of the sweepstakes we enter you into are unique, and many of them ask for different information regarding the entrants into their sweepstakes. The collection of your personal information is done solely for the purpose of administering our automated sweepstakes entry service. Your personal information is safe with us and we respect your privacy - we will not divulge, disseminate or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent.

12. What payment methods do you accept? What business entity will appear on my billing statement?
We currently accept payment via major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and/or Amex) or PayPal. A charge from "Gamut Media, Inc. - Paypal" will appear on your billing statement. Gamut Media owns YourSweepstakes and therefore all charges will be billed from Gamut Media.
